Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EliteBase (the "Service"), operated by AI ELITE MASTERY SDN BHD (1590951-D) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Service.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Accounts may require approval by us before access is granted.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared, sold or transferred.

Access to courses, live classes, replays and library content depends on your programme tier and the eligibility period that applies to your account. Content, schedules and features may change, be updated or be withdrawn over time.

Live session replays are made available for a limited period only.

We may suspend, pause or end access where these Terms are breached, payments are overdue, or as required by law.

Prices, payment plans and what each programme includes are shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms.

Unless stated otherwise in writing or required by law, fees paid are non-refundable once access to the programme has been granted.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank or card charges.

You agree not to: copy, download, record, resell, share or publicly distribute course videos, materials or replays except as permitted by the Service; share your account; upload unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content; attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the Service; or use the Service for spam or unauthorised advertising.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these rules.

All course content, videos, documents, software, designs, trademarks and logos in the Service belong to AI ELITE MASTERY SDN BHD or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning while your access is active.

You keep ownership of content you post (such as homework or community posts) and give us a licence to host, display and use it to operate and improve the Service.

Referral rewards, commissions and eligibility are governed by the programme rules published in the Service and may be changed or withdrawn. We may withhold rewards obtained through fraud, self-referral or abuse.

The Service provides educational content only. It is not financial, legal, tax or other professional advice. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome, income or result.

The Service may link to or integrate third-party services (such as Google sign-in, video hosts and payment gateways). Your use of them is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, including rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where applicable.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
